Brief Description 'Crossed Swords' is an interactive on-line simulation game that will help you take the first step towards the world of corporate negotiations. The objective of the game is to give you first-hand experience of negotiations and how one should prepare for them. Commonly used HR jargon such as BATNA, MESO, ZOPA, Anchor-Bias etc is not used explicitly in the game but is fully embedded in the way negotiation outcome pans out.
